About
Turske Technologies is a family owned and operated computer/technologies consulting company founded by Rick and Linda Turske over 35 years ago. What started as a part-time job turned into a full-time venture after nearly 15 years of service. After 25 years of service their son, Evan Turske, took over the business and has been working hard to maintain the same level of expertise his father brought to the business. Evan has been running the business for 9 years now and is constantly expanding his experience to make sure every client, both commercial and residential, gets the highest level of care while maintaining easy to understand descriptions of everything he does throughout his work.
Evan started out young with his technical career, always being good with computers even at a young age. Evan soon became Rick's helper as he went on site throughout high school to help with various cabling jobs and watched as his father, Rick, set up computers and maintained servers. It wasn't until high school that Evan began to build custom desktops, starting with himself, then eventually helping friends buy parts and build their own desktops. Once he went off to college he continued to upgrade his personal desktop as well as started to venture into phone and laptop repair. He helped many other students with cracked phone screens, troublesome laptops, and upgrading current computers to better fit a student. This helped him get the experience needed to understand and know how to properly diagnose computers and mobile devices with hardware issues. Through the last couple years of college, Evan began to seek out computer technician jobs at Toys R Us, Staples, and Best Buy. Being a part of their technical support teams gave Evan the knowledge to handle more software related issues. After being on these teams for a few years Rick had decided that he was ready to move on to a different company and asked Evan if he was willing to learn the more in-depth workings of Turske Technologies. It only took Evan about 4 months to get caught up with cabling work, camera systems, server management, and phone systems as he was a quick learner and was eager to absorb as much information as possible. Since then he has continued to expand his knowledge as he works hard to anticipate client needs and makes sure that he is capable of handling any situation.
